OFA is dedicated to supporting President Obama's agenda through the same grassroots movement that was built during his historic campaign. For Organizing for America to succeed, we need to hear from you - your effort and commitment are the backbone of this movement and your input will help guide our action in Rhode Island.
Organizing For America will provide an overview of what has been accomplished, describe our organization, ask for your thoughts on how we can best organize Rhode Island going forward, and let you know how you can get involved right now on the Health Insurance Reform Campaign! All are welcome.

Organizing For America will host a statewide competition between RI universities interested in participating. We’re asking students to set up a “phone booth” on their campus and see how many folks they can get to commit to calling their congressman in support of the President’s plan for health care reform. Event #3: Community Forum- Featuring Lt. Governor Elizabeth Roberts & RI Medical Professionals

Organizing For America is bringing together local health professionals, economists, and politicians to speak about the need for health care reform this year and the staggering cost of inaction. You’ll hear from experts in the field about the current state of health care legislation and have the chance to ask questions about how it relates to you family, your budget and your bottom line.
